how's it going?
My name is Dhruv Ramsay

I am an evidence based fitness coach from Mumbai.

I have been strength training, studying and learning all I can about fitness for the past 7 years. Even back then when I was doing my bachelors in management studies, I always knew that I wouldn't enjoy at a 9-5 desk job - It just wasn't me.

During my "undergrad", when the time came to do some midyear internships, I chose to pursue my studies in exercise science and got certified as a Personal Trainer from K11 Fitness academy. Wanting to expand my knowledge and dive deeper into the field, I decided to do more courses like - Nutrition Science from Mac University (London), JPS Mentorship program for fitness coaches (Australia) and even got certified as an Online Coach from the Online Training Academy (Canada).

Fast forward a few years later and fitness isn’t just a passion anymore. It has become my career and every day, I wake up with a smile on my face because I get to help people change for the better, and impact their lives in a positive way.

Who do I work with

My specialty is in working with people who struggle to find the time to stay active and fit due to busy work and social schedules.

These are predominantly professionals between 20-40 years of age in high stress jobs. My aim is to help them improve energy levels, lose fat, and help build healthy habits without giving up on life itself. I use sustainable and enjoyable strategies of Training and Nutrition to help make exercise a part of their lifestyle and educate them about the various ways they can achieve their fitness goals and maintain them!

Nutrition Philosophies.

When it comes to training and nutrition – it’s is a maze out there.

So many different types of diets, different training styles and most importantly – different, unique individuals. Which is why there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to fitness. There is no ‘best’ diet or ‘perfect’ training plan. All there are, are a variety of tools and strategies that can help you get to your best shape both mentally and physically.

I’m here to help you navigate through the maze of these various tools and strategies that exist and help you to apply the ones that work best for you.
