  • Customized training plans

    Individualized workouts per your schedule, goals, and availability of equipment. Training is a combination of strength training and cardio. My main goal is to help you get stronger while impacting your body composition and cardiovascular health.

  • Personalized nutrition

    Together, we will make eating healthy easy. Nothing fancy, just the basics, tailored to your lifestyle and pre-existing eating habits. We will focus on creating a calorie deficit in a fun and sustainable manner (meaning you will be burning more calories than you consume). 

  • Evidence based approach

    Everything we do here is 100% backed by science. Over the past 5-10 years, there have been substantial developments in terms of evidence based training and nutrition. The methods we use are tried, tested and undeniable if followed correctly.

  • Supervision and accountability

    Having someone to stay accountable to goes a long way when it comes to sticking to your fitness regime. We all need that little push every now and again and that’s what I’m here for! 

  • Communication

    All communication will be via Whatsapp; I guarantee a 24-hour response time. We can also schedule a phone or a skype call as and when needed. Coaching and being coached is a two way street. Over time I’ve found that the better the relationship between the coach and the trainee, the easier it is to make progress.

How can I connect with my coach?

We will stay in touch constantly via Whatsapp. We even have the option to set up phone or skype calls whenever needed. The goal is to constantly stay in touch so that we can ensure that you are enjoying your workouts and have no concerns. 

Where can I see the updates?

Your training program comprises of two parts – the training program itself, and instructional videos of the exercises to guide you with your workout. These will be available to you on the homepage of our app. Check-in on the app once your workout is done so that I can monitor your progress, and assist you if required.

Is online coaching right for me?
