    Working with you in my 12-week Fat Loss Journey was such an amazing learning experience for me. 

    The goal was to lose fat, during lockdown with home workouts. The most important thing that stuck with me throughout was “Consistency & Patience.”

    In the beginning, it was quite intimidating to learn & understand how fat loss works. So, I was mentally prepared to make some major changes in my daily routine to achieve my goal. But that wasn’t the case! Your routine check-ins & the food plans we built together made me realize I did not have to change my daily routine drastically at all. Including my diet! It was just about making those minor changes and following them consistently which helped me achieve my goal! With a lot of patience and giving more importance to the progress beyond just the number on the weighing scale.

    The thing I loved the most about training with you, is the amount of information & knowledge you’ve shared with me, explaining every single decision we made throughout my journey. 12 weeks in and this is the result, still a long way to go, but like you’ve always said Consistency Over Perfection! 💪🏼

    So, I really don’t know where to start because over the last 6 months it hasn’t been just about losing weight/fat but it’s been about building a better, healthier lifestyle. Before training with you I don’t think ever stuck to a training regimen longer than 8-10 weeks but to have been cutting and working out consistently for so many months I’m confident that the principles of living healthy will stick with me for a really long time for sure.

    For me the biggest learning experience has come from our frequent check ins where you’ve gone beyond giving me just a 4 day workout split to actually make me understand the science behind every decision we have made, especially the food habits. There are so so many misconceptions about food out there that I’m absolutely 100% certain are nonsense only because of those calls and how you helped break it down. Over the last few months we’ve gone from having a food scale and a state of the art gym to no scale to weigh our food and home workouts for 4 months. Despite all the changes in my situation you helped me get to where we are now and the results speak for themselves. We’re just getting started💪”
